Daniel F. Tempel has over 30 years experience in the real estate industry, he operates the 123 Realty LLC business from central Minnesota in order to access the service area of the North Star MLS better. Mr. Tempel is a Native of Minnesota and a Graduate of St. Cloud State University.  He holds a Master degree in Management and Administration from Metro State and has founded several Real Estate and Property management companies in his career. Mr. Tempel is a Member of the National Association of Realtors, the Minnesota Association of Realtors, and the West Central Association of Realtors. He is a member of Rotary, and serves on several civic organizations. Mr. Tempel holds two Minnesota Brokers licenses and has sold millions in real estate in the past 30+ years.
